We are pleased to announce our first pop-up will be hosted at the Post House Cafe in Ship St, Brighton on the 25th November. Sticking with our ethos and values based around sustainability, we shall be offering a menu focused around beef. Some fantastic Highland cattle farmed in Hassock, from our goods friends at Barfields butchers.

Drinks available on the night.

30 cover only. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis.

  • Potato scratchings, muhammara

  • Garlic & onion sourdough, beef fat butter

  • Short rib pastrami, red cabbage, gherkin relish, pumpernickel crisp

  • Oxtail croquette, pumpkin, horseradish emulsion, watercress

  • Nose to tail meatball, parmesan potato, pickled mustard seeds, parsley

  • Clementine & gingerbread

  • Chocolate ganache, blood orange, peanut crumble
